Thread, the AI-native service platform for MSPs, seeks a Product Manager to own a product area end-to-end—from problem framing to shipped outcomes. You’ll collaborate with design and engineering from discovery through release, shaping agent workflows and trust strategies for MSPs.

You’ll work with MSP owners, technicians and service managers weekly, turning research into clear priorities and guiding pilots, POC weeks, and rapid prototyping of agent behavior.

Qualifikationen

• 2 to 3 years in product management (or related) shipping B2B software.
• Curiosity and hands-on exposure to LLM-powered or AI agent products.
• Ability to read traces of agent systems (context, tool calls) and collaborate with engineers.
• Good judgment about trust and control in high-cost mistake domains.
• Strong written communication and ability to work in a small, broad-scope team.

Aufgaben

• Drive agent workflows across the MSP help desk (triage, resolution, escalation and follow-up).
• Define rules for agent actions: autonomous actions vs technician-confirmed actions.
• Define success criteria, evaluation metrics, launch gates for each workflow.
• Shape configurable MSP policies, knowledge, escalation rules and per-client settings.
• Spend time with MSP owners, service managers and technicians weekly and translate learnings into priorities.
• Support customer pilots and POC weeks and translate gaps into shipped improvements.
• Prototype agent behavior and flows, including prompts and quick builds.
• Partner with design on research and with engineering on tradeoffs between quality, latency and cost.
