Travail Employment Group in Northamptonshire is seeking a commercially minded Product Manager to own a full product portfolio and drive strategy, innovation and growth.

You will collaborate across sales, marketing, operations and sourcing to identify opportunities, develop roadmaps, launch new products and maximise profitability across the lifecycle. This is a hands-on, office-based role in a manufacturing environment with occasional travel.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Product Manager, Product Line Manager or similar position.
• Experience developing and implementing product strategies.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Product Manager to join a successful and growing manufacturing business based in Northamptonshire.

This is a highly visible role where you will take ownership of a product portfolio, working closely with multiple departments to develop strategy, deliver new products to market and maximise commercial performance.

The Role

Reporting to the Group Director of Product Management, the Product Manager will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of a product portfolio, ensuring products remain competitive, commercially successful and aligned to market demands.

You will work closely with colleagues across sales, marketing, operations, sourcing and product development to identify opportunities for growth and drive new product initiatives from concept through to launch.
