Rubicon Recruitment is seeking a Product Manager to own a connector product portfolio from strategy through execution. You will shape pricing, positioning and future focus while maintaining a clear remit and autonomy.

The role supports the whole lifecycle from planning to go-to-market in collaboration with Sales, Marketing and Engineering. The ideal candidate has a proven background in connector/interconnect product management, with strong technical grounding and strategic thinking.

Qualifications

• A proven background in connector or interconnect product management, ideally within aerospace or defence.
• Strong technical grounding alongside genuine commercial and strategic thinking.
• Experience working cross-functionally with Engineering, Marketing and Operations.
• Confident, credible communication with clients and internal stakeholders alike.
• Comfort owning pricing, KPIs and product life cycle decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own the product vision and technology roadmap for your portfolio.
• Lead pricing strategy, KPI reporting, and contribution margin performance.
• Drive product launches from planning through to cross-organisational execution.
• Build competitive analysis, key messaging and market positioning.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing and Engineering to turn customer requirements into differentiated solutions.
• Represent the portfolio at industry events, conferences and trade shows.
