Job summary

Darktrace is seeking a Director of Product to shape our Platform Services product capability in a pivotal leadership role. You will guide a small product team while influencing strategy, ways of working, and outcomes across multiple senior stakeholders.

You will own your product area, develop deep customer insights, and ensure value through strong design, performance, and enablement. Collaborating with Eng and GTM, you’ll raise the bar on strategy and execution.

Qualifications

• A track record of applying learnings from different environments to improve product outcomes.
• Experience leading and developing product talent (even within smaller teams).
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Significant product management experience, ideally within Enterprise SaaS.
• Strong collaboration across Engineering, UX, and commercial teams.
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Ability to drive alignment at senior levels through influence.
