Product Manager

Consumer Health & Wellness Brand

A high-growth, direct-to-consumer (D2C) brand in the health & wellness space is seeking a Product Manager to take the lead on its digital experience. The business is undergoing an exciting period of growth and brand evolution, with a renewed focus on customer experience, innovation, and conversion optimisation.

You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the vision for the website, owning the full product lifecycle and working cross-functionally to drive performance and deliver an exceptional online experience.

Key Responsibilities

Define and help deliver the product vision and roadmap for the D2C website.
Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and discovery to understand customer needs and identify growth opportunities.
Own the product lifecycle from ideation to launch and iteration.
Optimise user journeys to increase conversion rates and customer lifetime value.
Use data to evaluate features, measure performance, and support decision-making.
Leverage CRO and experimentation frameworks to validate product improvements.

About You

3+ years' experience in Product Management, with a strong B2C or D2C focus.
Proven success in building and optimising digital products with commercial impact.
Comfortable working across the full product lifecycle in fast-paced environments.
Strong analytical mindset, with hands-on experience using analytics tools to inform decisions.
Technically confident—able to collaborate effectively with engineering teams on complex projects.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience with Shopify Plus is a bonus, but not essential.
Being a lover of animals will help!
