A leading insurance company is seeking a Product Manager for a hybrid role in Bristol, Leeds, or London. You will be responsible for product management, financial oversight, and driving customer-focused initiatives within an Agile framework. Both roles are hybrid opportunities with two London, Bristol or Leeds offices days a week.
What you will be doing:
This role will sit in our Agile model, you’ll have the opportunity to work with a variety of teams and products lines in Direct Line Group. As a valued member of the Tribe, you will be responsible for helping one of our Squads to deliver business objectives through product management, analysis of customer and market insight, and identifying opportunities to improve trading performance.
What we are looking for:
We’re looking for a creative problem solver who is inquisitive, possesses strong commercial acumen, results driven and always looking for ways to do things differently to help us continue to provide insurance that suits our customers’ needs and changing market.
If you’re familiar with Agile ways of working, that would be beneficial, but not essential.

This role is based out of our London Bridge office. Our hybrid model way of working offers a 'best of both worlds' approach combining the best parts of home and office-working, offering flexibility for everyone. When you'll be in the office depends on your role, but most colleagues are in 2 days a week, and we'll consider the flexible working options that work best for you.
