Job summary

K3 Advantage Ltd, a division of K3 Advisory Group, seeks a leader to own AdvantageIQ, our SaaS reporting analytics platform, and to define commercial strategy with a focus on board reporting and KPI-driven workflows.

You will work closely with engineering and finance teams to deliver data-driven features, optimise pricing, and drive customer success. Hybrid working and CPD support are provided.

Qualifications

• Commercial ownership with SaaS context and P&L responsibility.
• Experience leading a live SaaS product through a full commercial lifecycle.
• Track record working with engineering teams on backlog, scope, and release priorities.
• Senior leadership engagement with business owners and senior staff.

Responsibilities

• Own AdvantageIQ P&L: revenue, gross margin, CAC, LTV, churn, expansion, ARR.
• Define product vision, strategy and 3-year roadmap with governance.
• Lead AI-enabled features within a commercial SaaS setting, ensuring explainability and adoption.
• Oversee product development in collaboration with the engineering team.
• Drive go-to-market with Growth and monitor customer onboarding health.
• Coach advisory/consulting teams on positioning AdvantageIQ in engagements.
