Job summary

Core3 is seeking a Finance Manager to join a high-growth, investment-backed technology business operating remotely within the UK. You will work closely with the CFO to build a scalable finance function from the ground up and shape financial infrastructure for an international expansion across the US and Europe.

Ideal candidates are practice-trained or early in their industry career with strong month-end and management reporting skills, and an interest in automation and AI to improve processes.

Qualifications

• Newly qualified to within two years post-qualification accountants considered (ACA/ACCA/CIMA).
• Strong month-end experience and ability to produce management accounts independently.
• Experience in SaaS/tech or subscription revenue advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the month-end close, including reconciliations, journals and management accounts.
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure strong financial controls.
• Manage revenue recognition and deferred income across recurring revenue streams.
• Support the preparation of monthly board packs and management reporting.
• Handle day-to-day accounting activities while the finance function is being established.
