Product Governance Analyst

We are seeking a Product Governance Analyst to ensure our products and services meet high standards and deliver excellent client outcomes.

Working between Investment Management and Compliance, you will review our products and services periodically to support good client outcomes across all service lines.

Key Responsibilities

• Providing accurate data and MI to support the Product Governance Framework and board reporting.
• Overseeing the process for new products and services.
• Reviewing and maintaining Target Market and Fair Value Assessments.
• Managing Risk of Harms assessments, focusing on Vulnerable Clients.
• Overseeing the firm’s Consumer Duty Dashboards and metrics.
• Monitoring due diligence processes to ensure compliance as a Manufacturer and Distributor.
• Preparing board papers, annual attestations, and reports on product governance, including peer comparisons and competition analysis.

What We’re Looking For
