Job summary

Meta is seeking a Product Experience Specialist in London to manage demo environments and onsite event logistics. You will work with product and brand teams to translate technical setups into tangible product stories for internal and external audiences.

You will coordinate demos, deliver compelling product demonstrations, and troubleshoot to ensure best-in-class performance. The role emphasizes creating streamlined workflows and training materials for staff.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in operations, event production, staffing or demo management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Event Management, Marketing or Business Administration, or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Ability to work on-site 4 days/week and travel up to 30%.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, set up and maintain demo environments for Meta products.
• Plan, coordinate and deliver product demonstrations for activations.
• Support technical setup, troubleshooting and optimization.
• Gather insights from demos to inform improvements and enhance user experience.
• Develop and maintain streamlined workflows, documentation and tracking systems.
• Oversee logistics for activations and events, including materials and on-site support.
• Deliver and support training programs for field and demo staff.
• Create playbooks, guides and briefing materials for new team members and partners.
