Product Executive – Insurance

Location: Hybrid – 1 day per week in East Grinstead, ideally suited to candidates based in London, Kent or Sussex

Type: Permanent, Full Time

Our client is a long-standing, purpose-led membership organisation supporting people with lifestyle and travel-related services. They are now looking to appoint an Insurance Product Executive to join their growing team.

Overview

This role is within the Insurance & Financial Services department, focusing on developing, improving, and overseeing a range of member-facing insurance products. These include travel, health, caravanning, and ferry insurance. You will act as the internal expert, balancing technical accuracy with empathy for member needs.

You will collaborate across departments to ensure products meet regulatory standards, respond to member feedback, and remain competitive. Responsibilities also include supporting call centre queries (about 20% of your time), assisting with claims analysis, and maintaining clear, compliant documentation.

Key Requirements:

• Strong understanding of insurance products—preferably travel, health, or niche cover
• Experience supporting regulated products (FCA knowledge is a plus)
• Analytical skills with experience reviewing claims data, trends, and feedback
• Empathy-led, member-focused approach
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, and proficient with tools like Google Workspace
• Experience in product support, technical customer service, or similar roles
