Encord is building the universal data layer for AI, powering 300+ teams with data curation, annotation, and evaluation across the AI lifecycle. We are seeking engineers who enjoy tough frontend work, rendering large 3D/4D scenes in the browser, and connecting multiple data modalities for high-performance experiences.

Qualifications

• Strong frontend engineering experience with production-grade, high-performance UIs.
• Proficiency in TypeScript and React.
• Experience with 3D rendering, WebGL, or browser visualization is a plus.
• Familiarity with Python and backend development.
• Experience with Kubernetes and Google Cloud Platform (GCP) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and own complex UI and editor interfaces for visualising and annotating multi-modal data.
• Render high-performance 3D/4D scenes in the browser with thousands of objects.
• Work across the full stack when needed, from backend services to deployment and styling.
• Take end-to-end ownership of projects from product and architectural decisions through to deployment, monitoring, and measuring user impact.
• Collaborate closely with a lean, high-trust team to tackle challenging problems together.
• Take initiative, be proactive in problem-solving, and continuously seek improvements.
