Job summary

Adaptyv in Greater London is building an automated lab where AI agents run biology experiments. You will work across LabOS, the orchestration layer coordinating experiment scheduling, execution, data capture and results processing, merging software and biology into a single platform.

Qualifications

• Full-stack production experience across the stack.
• Ability to ship, observe usage, and iterate.
• Comfort operating in ambiguity and self-planning.
• Experience with AI tools and evaluating results.
• Interest in biology and running real experiments.

Responsibilities

• Build orchestration layer for experiment scheduling to data capture and results processing.
• Create interfaces and APIs for lab visibility in real time.
• Turn proprietary hardware into API-controllable devices for automation.
• Design scheduling systems for dozens of instruments with complex dependencies.
