Job summary

Accurx is hiring a Product Engineer to own features end-to-end across the stack, collaborating with Product, Design and Clinical teams. You will engage with NHS GP practices to understand real-world problems and design architecture with a view to scalable, safe clinical software.

You’ll work with C#, TypeScript, React, Azure and Python, shaping solutions from problem definition through rollout while maintaining engineering quality and product focus.

Qualifications

• Able to build production software across the stack, owning a feature end-to-end.
• Reason about systems, break complex problems into tractable pieces.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and shaping work with minimal spec.
• Curious about AI tools and know when to rely on them.
• Own outcomes and influence across teams.

Responsibilities

• Own features end-to-end from problem refinement to rollout and evolution.
• Engage with NHS GPs, practice staff and patients to understand problems.
• Design architecture and API boundaries with the broader system in mind.
• Maintain high quality, reliable and safe software in a clinical context.
• Make architectural calls to keep codebase sustainable while delivering features.
• Push back constructively when needed and commit to decisions.
