Job summary

Accurx in London is hiring a Product Engineer to own features end-to-end, collaborating with clinicians, practice staff and patients to solve real problems. You’ll shape architecture early, balance delivery with safety, and continuously improve the platform in a hybrid team environment.

You’ll work across the stack—backend or frontend—within a C#/TypeScript/React Azure stack, and apply Python for ML/AI. You’ll contribute to a product used across GP practices and evolve the system responsibly.

Qualifications

• Experience building production software across the stack.
• Ability to reason about complex systems.
• Comfort with ambiguity and early-stage problem framing.
• Strong engineering quality and debt management.
• Curiosity about AI tools and their impact.

Responsibilities

• Own features end-to-end from problem refinement to rollout.
• Engage with clinicians, staff and patients to understand problems.
• Design architecture and API boundaries with a system-wide view.
• Maintain quality and safety in a clinical context.
• Make architectural calls to sustain codebase health.
• Push back when needed and commit to decisions.
