• Track record of owning larger, less-defined problems from idea to production
• Comfort with ambiguity and making build decisions when needed

Responsibilities

• Build features end to end: backend APIs, UI components, and integration
• Make architecture and design calls that shape whole feature sets
• Work with cloud infrastructure as part of regular delivery
• Use AI coding tools as a standard part of development to increase shipping speed
• Scope work clearly for contractors, writing briefs and defining boundaries
• Collaborate in a small team with direct decision-making and fast feedback
