Job summary

Doit is seeking product engineers to own product areas within our AI Investing App. You will be a builder who understands users, defines direction, collaborates with engineering and design, launches quickly and iterates after release.

We value ownership, the ability to ship real products with engineers and designers, and a strong sense for metrics, user feedback and post-launch learning. This hybrid role is based in the UK.

Qualifications

• Experience as Product Engineer or similar role.
• Strong product sense and ability to simplify complex workflows.
• Experience in fintech, insurance, payments or consumer apps is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Own product areas across insurance, payments, savings, investing, travel or other financial services.
• Define user problems, product scope, success metrics, roadmap and launch plans.
• Work with engineering, design, data, operations, compliance and business teams.
• Turn complex financial products into simple, usable customer journeys.
• Use data, feedback, research and production issues to improve product decisions.
• Launch features, monitor performance and drive iterations.
