Job summary

Allwyn Lottery Solutions in London is seeking a Product Engineer to design, build, and evolve flagship analytics web applications. You will work across backend services and front-end interfaces, turning complex data capabilities into simple, intuitive user experiences.

You will collaborate with Data Engineers, Platform Engineers, BI Developers and Product stakeholders, using Django, Python, and modern web stacks to deliver secure, scalable software with measurable impact.

Qualifications

• Strong software engineering experience with Python and Django.
• Deep understanding of Django architecture, ORM, authentication, security, testing, and maintainability.
• Strong understanding of web fundamentals (HTTP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Experience building data-intensive apps, dashboards, or SaaS products.
• Experience with PostgreSQL and relational data modelling.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain modern web applications providing intuitive data access and analytics capabilities.
• Own features end-to-end from design to deployment and monitoring.
• Build robust backend services and APIs using Python and Django.
• Develop responsive, accessible user interfaces with modern web technologies.
• Collaborate with Data/Platform engineers to integrate analytics and cloud capabilities into products.
