Job summary

Wise, a global technology company, is seeking a Product Director to own the Mitigation Platform for Risk, Compliance and Financial Operations. You will lead a 30-person squad across three teams, shaping AI-augmented workflows, data ingestion, and case handling to scale operations with efficiency and accuracy.

You will drive a unified platform architecture, partner with data science, and coach PMs to deliver high-impact internal tools with a consumer-grade UX mindset.

Qualifications

• Built and scaled complex internal platforms or B2B SaaS.
• Productizes data science through ML/LLM-driven workflows.
• Proven ability to hire, onboard, and mentor PMs.
• Passion for data storytelling and ROI metrics.
• Strong UX focus for internal tools and developer experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead a 30-person multi-team squad: strategic vision, coaching, and execution across engineers, designers, and analysts.
• Pioneer AI-augmented operations: automate manual processes in KYC, EDD, and fraud investigation with data science partners.
• Unify the operational stack: consolidate tooling into a cohesive platform; standardize risk, QA, and workforce management.
