Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (Marketing or Technical field preferred).
  • Experience in Project Management, NPD, Procurement, or Marketing within the Food & Beverage or FMCG space.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint, and solid project planning tools knowledge.
  • Familiarity with research methodologies, packaging development, and regulatory compliance.
  • A critical thinker with creative flair, sharp attention to detail, and exceptional organisational skills.

Responsibilities

  • Own and deliver the product development/change pipeline — from ideation to launch.
  • Partner closely with Marketing, Sales, R&D, Supply Chain, and external suppliers to keep projects on track.
  • Manage all aspects of product change and development projects: timelines, budgets, risks, packaging, and compliance.
  • Co-ordinate with designers, researchers, and regulators to ensure everything is market-ready.
  • Keep an eye on trends and bring fresh ideas to the table for continuous improvement.
