Job summary

Prolight Concepts (UK) Ltd. is seeking a Product Developer to drive product concepts from idea to market and to lead testing, troubleshooting and refinement with close collaboration across Sales, Purchasing and Marketing.

The successful candidate will have hands-on product development experience in the event/AV space and a proactive, problem-solving mindset, supporting a growing global portfolio and staying ahead of industry trends.

Qualifications

Technically-minded with commercial awareness and problem-solving abilities.
Hands-on experience in product development, testing and troubleshooting.
Experience in live events, AV or entertainment industries is preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead product development from concept through testing and launch.
Evaluate new and existing products to meet professional standards.
Conduct hands-on testing, fault-finding and troubleshooting.
Improve performance, usability and value of products.
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Purchasing to align development with market needs.
Provide technical training and maintain industry knowledge.
