Job summary

Live-Recruitment is seeking an experienced LED Technical Operations Manager (Events) to own the delivery of live event rentals and permanent LED installations across the UK. You will lead hands-on technical delivery, provide project support, and manage a team of technicians and freelancers on high-profile projects.

The role requires strong experience with LED display systems, fault-finding skills, and the ability to travel, including evenings and weekends when required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience with LED display technology.
• Strong fault-finding and repair skills.
• Experience leading technical teams.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, test, configure and commission LED displays.
• Install, calibrate and maintain indoor and outdoor LED displays.
• Lead LED system deployment for events and productions.
• Supervise technicians, freelancers and installation crews.
• Produce technical documentation and drawings.
• Support project planners and site surveys.
