About the Role: Product Developer

This role is all about turning bright ideas into craveable creations. From brainstorming flavour sensations to testing new formats in our development kitchen, you’ll be at the forefront of product innovation—ensuring every doughnut that reaches our fans delivers on taste, creativity, and consistency.

What You’ll Do:

• Develop new products across core, limited-time, and promotional ranges—each with impact and purpose.
• Own the creative process from concept to launch: ideation, testing, refining, and scaling.
• Bring technical excellence to the kitchen—ensuring every detail is dialed in, from specs to artwork to allergen info.
• Stay ahead of industry trends to keep our range fresh, fun, and future-forward.
• Partner with teams across Operations, Marketing, and Supply Chain to launch seamlessly and successfully.

What You’ll Bring:

• 3+ years of culinary product development experience.
• A degree in Culinary Arts, Food Science, or equivalent hands-on expertise.
• Passion for food—and if doughnuts make your day, even better.
• Creative flair balanced with commercial savvy.
• Strong technical knowledge of ingredients, processes, and kitchen craft.
• Great communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
