Qualifications

• Experience in product development, credit risk, or technology roles ideally in banking.
• Data & Analytics, and data visualization / BI knowledge & experience.
• Experience in end-to-end project delivery, with knowledge of analytical tools for visualization (e.g. Tableau) and ability to manipulate data using SQL and/or Python.

Responsibilities

• Define, champion, and own the multi-quarter and multi-year product strategy aligned with business priorities and organizational objectives.
• Manages complex cross-functional stakeholder ecosystems.
• Interact with senior business stakeholders to understand problem statements and design technical & process-based solutions.
• Create a product vision aligned to business priorities and corresponding road-map to delivery.
• Act as the primary contact for stakeholders and the data & analytics SME, providing updates on progress.
• Proactively identify opportunities to enhance products and processes to improve efficiency and decision-making.

Institutional Credit Management (ICM) aims to provide integrated “end-to-end” credit underwriting, and management of risks for wholesale credit businesses across the enterprise.This data and product development role will help shape the portfolio, limits & collateral target state process, data & capabilities across business lines, through engagement with 1st line teams, technology & individual business product teams. The candidate will serve as a strategic product leader accountable for defining, executing, and scaling end-to-end product vision across high-impact business domains.
