Job summary

Focused Futures Consultancy LTD is seeking a hands-on Product Designer to craft scalable fintech products for business users and employees. You’ll design in Figma, own the design system and translate complex requirements into production-ready UI.

You’ll collaborate with engineering and operations, conduct user research, prototype quickly (including AI-assisted methods) and influence product direction while maintaining high usability and clear documentation.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years experience in product design, ideally in B2B SaaS/fintech or similar complex workflows.
• Strong Figma skills, including Auto Layout, variants, component properties and variables.
• Experience building, maintaining or evolving a design system.
• Ability to write clear product specifications and requirements without a dedicated PM.
• Strong interaction design skills for data-heavy fintech workflows.
• High standards for usability and documentation; proactive about process improvements.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end product design from concepts and user flows to production-ready interfaces.
• Own design system components, tokens and documentation to improve consistency.
• Write clear user stories, requirements, edge cases and acceptance criteria for engineers.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations and other stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.
• Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform design decisions.
• Prototype rapidly (including AI tools) to validate ideas before engineering.
