FCamara is partnering with a leading UK digital bank to hire a Senior Product Designer. The role focuses on designing and architecting complex internal management systems, proprietary product platforms, and CRM tools with strong UX/UI consistency.

You should have 5+ years in product design, fintech/banking experience in the UK, and fluent English. This position is fully remote with UK/PT aligned hours; some visits to client sites may be required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product design experience.
• Experience with UK banking/fintech.
• Mobile app design experience in banking/fintech environments.
• Strong UX/UI design for complex internal tools and back-office platforms.
• Fluent/advanced English for daily collaboration.
• Ability to influence product strategy and challenge norms.
• High autonomy navigating stakeholder landscapes.

Responsabilités

• Design and architect complex internal management systems, proprietary product platforms, and CRM tools with strong UX/UI consistency.
• Protect design quality within the team and safeguard standards.
• Influence the product roadmap and drive design improvements with Product Managers.
• Translate backend logic into clear, scalable user interfaces.
