Job summary

• Portfolio demonstrating past work and experience
• Experience delivering customer-facing digital applications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with user research and applying insights to design solutions

Responsibilities

• Champion design thinking to drive projects and new ways of working
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams to solve design challenges
• Lead workshops, craft reports and contribute to stakeholder playback sessions
• Produce journey maps, UX wireframes, hi-fidelity UI and prototypes for buy-in
