Job description

We believe it takes great people to create a great product. That’s why our team lives our company values, and we hire based on them, too. Since 2010, Pipedrive has been on a mission to support sales and marketing teams with easy-to-use, powerful tools that make everyday work faster and easier. Today, our cloud-based software is trusted by over 100,000 companies and used in 179 countries. We have grown from a five-person team to a truly international company of over 850+ people, representing more than 50 nationalities, with ten offices distributed across Europe and the US. In 2020, Pipedrive received a majority investment from Vista Equity Partners, a global investment firm that invests exclusively in enterprise software, data and technology-enabled businesses, making Pipedrive the fifth unicorn from Estonia.

We are looking for a Product Designer to research, analyze, design, and validate Pipedrive product experiences. You will gain a thorough understanding of our users’ needs by utilizing a variety of quantitative and qualitative research methods (both within your tribe and in collaboration with our dedicated research team) and will prototype solutions to improve its quality and user experience.

If you are someone who has high empathy for users, is good with collaborating with others, loves data-backed decision-making and is obsessed with solving customer problems, we’d love to meet you!

Your new adventure:
  • Work together with the product manager and rest of the team to explore opportunities, understand user needs and translate those into experiments, solutions and, in the end, elegant interface designs
  • Organize user research with the support from Product Manager and research team using a variety of qualitative and quantitative research methods to understand the needs of Pipedrive’s users
  • Analyze different data points to learn more about user behavior
  • Contribute to design vision in your area and to innovation through experimentation and user testing
  • Create and maintain deliverables (wireframes, mockups, prototypes, flows, etc.)
  • Ensure design consistency across the product by using our UX & Design Systems.
  • Be driven to create delightful experiences, combining motion and interactivity
  • Work closely with engineers throughout a project’s lifecycle, providing support, enhancing the user experience, and dealing with technical constraints
  • Engage with multiple stakeholders and your peers to communicate thought processes and deliverables together with your team
  • Sharing learnings and providing feedback to other designers
Does this sound like you?
  • Over 2 years of experience working as a product designer or in a similar role
  • Able to present best practices in the field when creating design solutions
  • Great attention to detail and analytical reasoning
  • Advanced skill with Figma and experience with Atlassian (or other task management software)
  • Able to model both qualitative and quantitative user research from scratch
  • Strong advocate and user of design systems and know-how about implementing them in your work to be more effective and efficient
  • A strong can-do attitude, communication skills, and openness to feedback
  • Critical thinking skills
  • You have a portfolio of a couple of strong projects to showcase
  • A degree in the Design field is a plus
  • Fluency in English
