Job summary

TryHackMe is seeking a Product Designer to own the core B2B experience end to end, including onboarding flows, the admin dashboard, and business-specific features that drive engagement and adoption.

You will collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and data teams to translate customer needs into elegant, scalable design solutions, while applying user research and AI-enabled tooling to streamline workflows.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of product design experience, ideally in B2B
• Track record of pushing work forward without being told
• Genuine care for clarity and craft in the user experience
• Strong working relationships with PM, Engineering, and Data
• Hands-on experience using AI to accelerate and improve design process

Responsibilities

• Own the Management Dashboard and related B2B tooling
• Maintain and raise the quality bar across the product
• Design new features that address real customer problems
• Shape B2B product strategy with PMs, engineers, data, and founders
• Run user research and usability tests to reduce friction
• Communicate design vision clearly to stakeholders including founders
