Job summary

Dwelly is building an AI operating system for residential lettings and is hiring an Applied AI Engineer to develop production-grade agentic infrastructure. You will design core primitives for agentic systems, including memory, context management, tool-calling, and orchestration, while ensuring reliability acrossDwelly’s growing agency network.

You will work on evaluating and observing agent performance, enabling rapid automation of new workflows as Dwelly scales, and shaping how LLMs integrate

Qualifications

• Strong software engineering background with production systems experience.
• Hands-on experience building AI or agentic systems in production.
• Experience with reliability, latency, context management, evaluation and observability.

Responsibilities

• Design and build agentic infrastructure including memory, context management and tool-calling.
• Move towards reusable infrastructure with reliable workflows for new acquisitions.
• Build evaluation and observability to understand agent performance and failures.
• Develop end-to-end agentic development workflows and orchestration systems.
• Collaborate with operational and product teams to automate acqusition workflows.
