Job summary

Healf is seeking a high-agency Product Designer to elevate our web experience. You will lead UX/UI work across core surfaces of the Healf website, and work with AI tooling to build scalable design systems and production-ready code.

You’ll shape personalised experiences that help users find what they need faster, reduce friction and drive conversions, collaborating closely with product, content and engineering to ensure fast, high-quality delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience designing products in ecommerce, DTC, consumer tech or health & wellbeing.
• Ability to turn ambiguous problems into elegant, usable experiences.
• Sharp eye for layout, hierarchy, and UX clarity that converts.
• End-to-end UX/UI ownership from concept to polish.
• Familiarity with CRO practices and improving conversion funnels.
• Experience contributing to or using design systems (Figma).
• Ability to work with engineers and speak dev-friendly language.
• Proactive, independent, and able to own large surfaces.
• Motivation to build healthier, better lives through design.

Responsibilities

• Lead UX/UI work across core surfaces of the Healf website.
• Leverage AI tooling for the ecommerce product design team, collaborating with developers to move design from concept to production code.
• Design and unify components across platforms in design systems.
• Create personalised experiences that help users find what they need quickly.
• Develop creative solutions to reduce friction and drive conversions.
• Collaborate with product, content and engineering to ensure fast, high-quality execution.
• Evolve the cross-platform design system to support growth.
• Conduct user research and experiments to validate design decisions.
• Set a high bar for craft, detail, and performance in all outputs.
