TalkTalk Telecom seeks an experienced Product Designer to innovate and design new products and services. You will lead the design process for the TalkTalk PLUS App while collaborating with teams and stakeholders to ensure effective solutions and customer-centric design. TalkTalk is a challenger brand, we like to disrupt the market, and this is a unique opportunity for an experienced Product Designer to disrupt and innovate by designing new and unique products and services.
You’ll be part of an empowered product team responsible for the TalkTalk PLUS App user experience across all interactions. We’re looking for a Product Designer with experience in Service Design, UX, and UI. Working in partnership with a Product Manager, Engineer, and a team of developers, you’ll be responsible for the full design process from Discovery through to Delivery. You’ll embed the design process in your squad, champion the product, and achieve the most valuable design outcomes across Customer, Commercial, and Tech. You’ll be a design leader, a natural collaborator, and have proven experience in designing and continually improving Apps.
The Team
You will work in an outcome-focused squad alongside a Product Manager, Product Tech lead, developers, and testers to identify solutions and deliver outcomes.
