limitless is seeking a product designer to own end-to-end design for a data-rich, dashboard-heavy product used worldwide. You’ll work with a dedicated product owner and engineers, within an existing Figma system, in weekly sprints and drive design decisions from problem definition to delivery.
This role values strategic thinking, independent work with stakeholders, and collaboration with an engineering team to ensure consistent, scalable designs.
Are you a product designer who takes real pride in your craft? Someone who cares about the details, thinks clearly about complex problems, and wants to own their work end-to-end?
We’re hiring for a digital team that operates like a startup inside one of the world’s leading professional services businesses. 60+ people, 5 years in, building tools used by project managers on construction, infrastructure and life sciences programmes around the world.
This is a hands-on role owning design for one of their existing products. It’s a set of apps used worldwide for data: dashboard-heavy, data-rich, and complex enough that the quality of the design decides whether someone gets through a task in two minutes or twenty.
You’ll own the design for your product area from problem definition to delivery, working with a dedicated product owner and engineering team who want design in the room from day one. You’ll work inside a well-established Figma design system (multiple libraries, modes, variables, interconnected files).
This isn’t a production-line design job. They want someone who can think strategically about problems, challenge where necessary, and make decisions without waiting to be told.
This probably isn’t for you if you want a role built around long research cycles, if you’d rather build a design system from scratch than evolve one, or if your portfolio is mostly consumer or marketing work. Otherwise, I’d love to hear from you.
Permanent, hybrid with 2 days a week in their central London office.
Up to £60k depending on level, plus private medical, pension, life insurance, a health cash plan, gym membership, cycle to work, the option to buy and sell annual leave, and professional subscriptions.
No-blame culture, a strong team, and genuine ownership of your product area.
The process is three stages: an initial conversation, a portfolio review, then a short design task to finish. It’s well run and moves quickly.
