Job summary

SchoolGrid is seeking a driven Product Delivery Manager to own end-to-end delivery of the product backlog, translating roadmaps into epics and user stories, and driving rapid, quality delivery. You will work closely with Engineering, Product and Design to ship features and ensure release readiness.

This hybrid role is based in Edinburgh, with 1–2 days in the office per week. You will report to the CTO and collaborate with QA to maintain high-quality software and predictable delivery across

Qualifications

• Experience delivering software using Agile methodologies.
• Ability to translate roadmaps into actionable epics and user stories.
• Strong collaboration with Product, Engineering and QA teams.

Responsibilities

• Own execution of scoped work from user story to release, driving pace at every stage.
• Hold the team to sprint commitments and escalate blockers early.
• Plan sprints with Engineering Manager and Squad Leads to maximise throughput.
• Manage scope creep and trade-offs during development cycles.
• Resolve cross-squad dependencies and keep delivery on track.
• Work with QA to ensure a clear definition of done and business outcomes.
• Define acceptance criteria with Product Designers and engineers.
