Job summary

Alloyed, a fast-growing Oxfordshire-based engineering company, is seeking a Product Delivery Engineer for Argive. You will bridge Development, Test, Production, and Supply Chain to ensure day-to-day execution aligns with customer expectations and program goals.

This role offers exposure to product management, project delivery, manufacturing, testing, and customer engagement, with opportunities to influence delivery processes and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, Manufacturing, Systems Engineering or similar.
• Experience in engineering, manufacturing, testing or technology development environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to gain cross-team buy-in.
• Ability to manage multiple competing priorities while maintaining delivery focus.
• Demonstrated problem-solving ability in fast-paced technical environments.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and deliver across engineering, testing, manufacturing, supply chain and operations teams.
• Support Product Owners in developing and maintaining project delivery and production plans.
• Coordinate day-to-day execution within the product team, ensuring priorities are clear and progress aligned to objectives.
• Ensure effective communication between teams; decisions and priorities are clearly understood.
• Identify and help resolve blockers, risks and schedule challenges; escalate when needed.
• Facilitate stand-ups, risk reviews, readiness reviews and other delivery-focused meetings.
• Monitor and report progress against milestones; maintain visibility of delivery status and dependencies.
• Support Product Owners during customer interactions, capturing requirements and keeping them visible throughout delivery.
• Contribute to engineering problem solving by working with technical teams on practical solutions.
• Support development builds and engine test campaigns; ensure readiness across hardware, facilities, tooling, and documentation.
