Job summary

You will engage with product, tech, and business teams, manage delivery schedules, and participate in Agile ceremonies to drive efficient outcomes and learning opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• Experience in product management or project management.
• Operational management and change readiness exposure.
• Experience in data management, analytics, or product delivery.
• Ability to elicit and write up requirements for developers.
• Comfort with large data sets and data quality checks.
• Familiarity with SQL, Python, or similar data-analysis language.
• Ability to explain technical topics to non-technical audiences.
• Experience in agile/Jira-based delivery.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end delivery processes from intake to reporting and efficiency improvements.
• Drive change management and ensure compliance with risk controls.
• Document blockers and enable dependency management and resource planning.
• Engage stakeholders and cross-functional teams to manage dependencies and timelines.
• Document transformation requirements and support data-product designs.
• Centralise business logic across data products where possible.
• Support development of report-focused views and semantic data models.
• Assist launch and adoption of AI-enabled analytics tools, including user enablement.
• Triage feature requests, clarify requirements, and route work appropriately.
• Maintain Jira items, participate in discovery and planning ceremonies.
• Provide first-line support to data-product users and test enhancements.
