Data Product Managers / Technical Product Manager / B2B Product Manager needed by a SaaS FinTech vendor with a 50% market share.

The Data Product Managers / Technical Product Manager / B2B Product Manager will manage a team of 2 product analysts and build a data product ecosystem that will enable the organization to make data-driven, technical decisions, expand insights and value offered to clients, and optimize the existing tech stack, identifying areas for new product development.

Salary Package: £70-80k + Benefits

Location: Reading (1-2 days a week)

Responsibilities of Data Product Managers / Technical Product Manager / B2B Product Manager:

• Ideate and own the data product strategy and roadmap.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand the data needs of the business and existing BAU data sources.
• Create user cases and design dashboards.
• Develop APIs and data feeds to access third-party data.
• Manage a team of Product Analysts.
• Support the Product Director and CEO in fostering a data-driven culture.

Minimum Requirements for Data Product Managers / Technical Product Manager / B2B Product Manager:

• Experience managing a small team or enthusiasm to take on your first line management role in product management.
• Passion for Data.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, both internal and external.
