XMA in Nottingham is looking for a Product Administrator to join the central product team. You will support the set‑up, management and organisation of product data within our systems, handling data management, spreadsheets and completing assigned tasks.

The role emphasises accuracy, updating product information, and collaboration with internal teams to ensure smooth quoting, ordering and invoicing, with a hybrid office/remote setup.

Qualifications

• Experience of data management in any sector.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Strong Excel knowledge and the ability to learn new systems quickly.

Responsibilities

• Administer product policies relating to set‑up and management within our systems.
• Perform data management tasks and work with spreadsheets to complete assignments.
• Ensure product information is accurate, up to date and consistent for quotation, order and invoice processes.
