XMA in Nottingham is seeking a Product Administrator to support product data setup, manage data accuracy, and collaborate with internal teams. The role involves maintaining product information within our systems and ensuring quotes and orders reflect up-to-date data.

You will handle data management using spreadsheets, drive accuracy, and learn new systems quickly. This office-based role offers two days a week home working and a supportive team culture focused on delivering reliable technology

Qualifications

• Experience of data management in any sector.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Strong Excel knowledge and the ability to learn new systems quickly.

Responsibilities

• Administer product set-up and management within our systems.
• Maintain product master data and support BI.
• Work with spreadsheets and complete assigned tasks to support quotation, orders and invoicing.
