Job summary

Wolseley in Warwick is seeking a Product Data Coordinator to own end-to-end online product content. You will gather product information from suppliers, upload data into the PIM system (Pimberly) and ensure accuracy across multiple business areas.

The role involves liaising with Commercial and Own Brand teams, managing high volumes (up to 200 products daily) with strong attention to detail, and delivering high-quality data reports to improve product availability.

Qualifications

• Experience using a PIM system is essential.
• Good IT skills, including Outlook, with the ability to manage emails and prioritise workload effectively.
• Excel skills are desirable, particularly using VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end creation and maintenance of online product content across multiple areas.
• Liaise with suppliers and internal stakeholders to gather detailed product data (specifications, dimensions, features).
• Upload and maintain high volumes of product data in the PIM system (Pimberly), processing up to 200 products per day with accuracy.
• Produce and analyse product data reports to identify incomplete records and prioritise high-revenue products for online publication.

As a Product Data Coordinator based in Warwick you’ll be responsible for:

• Managing the end-to-end creation and maintenance of online product content, ensuring product information is accurate, complete and available on the website across multiple business areas.
• Liaising with suppliers and internal stakeholders, including Commercial, Product and Own Brand teams, to gather detailed product information such as specifications, dimensions, technical attributes, features and application data.
• Uploading and maintaining high volumes of product data within the Product Information Management (PIM) system (Pimberly), processing up to 200 products per day while maintaining high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Producing and analysing product data reports to identify incomplete product records and prioritise high-revenue products for online publication, proactively engaging suppliers and internal teams to obtain missing information and improve product availability.

• Industry or product knowledge would be beneficial, but a willingness to learn is equally important.
