Job summary

React Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Quality and Product Administrator in Erith, Kent, to join a permanent role. 37.5 hours per week, 8.45 am to 5.15 pm, with no remote work. Salary discussed on the phone based on skills, plus a discretionary annual bonus.

Paid monthly and a generous benefits package applies. You will manage data across PIM and SAP, monitor quality actions, handle inquiries, verify NPD items, support audits, and coordinate supplier activities, collaborating across Product,

Qualifications

• Proven administrative experience in quality assurance or manufacturing environments.
• High attention to detail with ability to track information across files and systems.
• Strong IT literacy with ERP (SAP), PIM, and Microsoft Office.
• Natural communicator who collaborates effectively with multiple departments and suppliers.
• Self-motivated with excellent organizational and indexing skills.

Responsibilities

• Data Management: Maintain PIM and SAP systems regarding testing status and sign-offs.
• Maintain internal schedules to monitor outstanding quality and compliance actions on flagged products.
• Inbox Management: Monitor and action queries through the dedicated quality email channel.
• New Product Support: Verify NPD items against compliance criteria ahead of final manager sign-off.
• Audit Coordination: Gather evidence packs and documentation to support Sedex audits and ISO certifications.
• Reporting: Assist the Compliance & Quality Manager with monthly product-level compliance and fault-ratio data.
• Cross-Department Liaison: Partner with Product, Purchasing, and Sales & Marketing teams for conformity documentation.
• Supplier Support: Coordinate supplier audits and visit programmes.
