Job summary

LeMieux, the UK’s fastest-growing equestrian and lifestyle brand, seeks a Channel Merchandiser to optimise stock across channels from our Romsey HQ. You’ll manage allocation, monitor availability, and drive inventory health to support growth.

You’ll collaborate with Commercial, Operations and Supply Chain teams, produce reporting, and implement actions to improve stock deployment and sell-through while maintaining keen attention to detail.

• Experience in merchandising, allocation, inventory planning or commercial analysis.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
• Strong Excel and reporting capability.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Commercial awareness and a proactive approach to problem solving.

Responsibilities
