Job summary

Think Specialist Recruitment are delighted to be working with a well-established client in Dunstable. This role oversees the product plan and execution across licensed and own-brand ranges.

You will coordinate design, sourcing, marketing and e-commerce, taking products from concept through to production in a fully office-based setting.

The successful candidate will have 1-2 years in product development, strong attention to detail, and passion for the industry.

Qualifications

• Experience in product development from concept to production.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and stay organised.
• Interest in sports equipment, toys or art products.

Responsibilities

• Own the production process from idea through execution.
• Liaise with licensors to meet brand and approval requirements.
• Collaborate with design team during development phase.
• Coordinate with factories on specifications and drawings.
• Prepare concepts and mock-ups for internal sign-off with licensor approval.
• Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth.
• Manage product lifecycle including reviews, new introductions and exits.
• Work with the e-commerce team on merchandising duties.
• Support marketing with launch plans and promotions.
