Job summary

Standard Life plc is seeking a role focused on the operation of outsourced oversight for Product Communications and Reporting. The position involves preparing and running oversight meetings, tracking actions to closure, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to maintain momentum and accountability.

Qualifications

• Experience working within financial services or a similar regulated environment.
• Excellent planning, prioritisation and organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deliver to deadlines.
• Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships, with both internal and external stakeholders, to drive work forward to achieve department objectives.
• Excellent communications skills, with the ability to clearly and effectively communicate information, ideas and plans through a range of channels including written and oral.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to assimilate complex information in a clear, understandable and persuasive way based on sound analysis and judgement.

Responsibilities

• Operate outsourced service provider oversight for Product Communications and Reporting.
• Prepare for and run oversight meetings, manage open actions through to closure.
• Develop the oversight approach to ensure activity is structured, effective and aligned to business objectives.
• Build relationships with stakeholders to secure engagement and buy-in for oversight activities and understand service models across communications activity.
