Job summary

PE Global is recruiting a Certification & Compliance Coordinator to join a technical regulatory team in Bracknell/Winnersh. The role focuses on product certification, documentation accuracy and regulatory compliance for existing and new products.

The candidate will prepare regulatory documentation, manage mark‑ups, archive files and assist with sample testing, while collaborating with internal teams to implement changes and maintain high documentation standards.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Experience with technical documentation, mark-ups, proofreading and approvals.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Experience in a multinational company desirable.
• Knowledge of PPE products, standards and regulatory frameworks desirable.

Responsibilities

• Prepare regulatory documentation for product certification schemes.
• Support regulatory and corporate changes affecting existing products.
• Prepare mark‑ups and request changes to product packaging and labels.
• Scan and archive technical files.
• Support shipment of regulatory samples for testing.
• Maintain documentation within divisional and corporate systems.
• Perform routine regulatory tasks for new and existing products.
• Support the wider team with technical documentation, proofreading, approvals and other compliance activities as required.
