Purpose
Red4Bed is a dynamic and innovative start-up healthcare/lifestyle company dedicated to revolutionizing the sleep market. We are currently transitioning from pre-commercial to launch and seeking an experienced product & brand marketing manager to lead this process. The role involves translating our Sage & Creator brand blueprint into engaging creative, performance-driven campaigns, and retail-ready collateral.
Core Functions & Key Responsibilities
- Go-to-Market Execution & DTC Growth
- Lead launch strategy and performance across Shopify, landing pages, and UX optimization.
- Manage paid media campaigns on Meta, TikTok, and Google to achieve CAC and ROAS targets.
- Integrate tools for 3PL and customer service to ensure smooth fulfillment and support.
Brand & Content Development- Oversee creative production including packaging, photography, video, and UGC.
- Maintain brand consistency across all channels (tone, visuals, guidelines).
Lifecycle & Retention Marketing- Develop automated email and SMS flows (welcome, post-purchase, win-back).
- Conduct A/B testing to optimize subject lines, offers, and onsite conversions.
Influencer & Community Engagement- Manage influencer outreach, seeding campaigns, and usage rights.
- Moderate and grow online communities (e.g., Facebook/Slack).
- Identify and execute co-marketing partnerships aligned with the brand.
Insights & Analytics- Conduct surveys pre- and post-launch, translating insights into strategies.
- Monitor marketing performance metrics (CAC, LTV, MER, unit economics) and report regularly.
Retail & Compliance Support- Prepare trade marketing materials for retail (decks, POS, sell sheets).
- Ensure marketing materials comply with UK/EU supplement regulations.
Experience & Skills Profile
- Bachelor’s degree (minimum 2:1) in business or marketing.
- 3–5 years experience in FMCG, wellness, or DTC startup marketing.
- Experience managing physical product launches, including experiential events.
- Proficiency with Shopify, CRM, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, and Spark partnerships.
- Entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to work independently.
- Proven experience in lifecycle/email automation and CRO testing.
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making ability.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum or Gantt project management tools.
