Job summary

Vantage is building a repeatable, product-led approach to delivering data centers at global scale. We seek a Product BIM Specialist to lead development and ongoing improvement of product BIM standards, templates, and reusable digital content within the Product Data Architecture framework.

You will translate product taxonomy and metadata into implementation-ready BIM content, align with product structures and PLM records, and collaborate with regional design teams, consultants and suppliers to

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of progressive experience in BIM and related disciplines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Advanced proficiency with Autodesk Revit and BIM content development.
• Experience with modular design, product structures, and configurable design.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, maintenance, and quality management of the Product BIM content library.
• Develop reusable product modules, assemblies, and configuration structures.
• Create standards for configurable product elements and document them.
• Coordinate alignment between BIM content, product structures, BOMs, PLM records.
• Translate taxonomy and metadata into practical BIM structures.
• Develop BIM quality and validation workflows.
• Validate 3D product models for accuracy and clash-free integration.
• Identify opportunities for automation using Dynamo, scripting, APIs.
• Support interoperability between BIM, PLM, and other systems.
• Collaborate with engineers, regional BIM teams, consultants, and suppliers.
