Job summary

A leading company in the satellite telecommunications industry is seeking a Product Assurance Engineer. You will play a critical role in maintaining high standards of quality and ensuring compliance with ISO 9001:2015. The ideal candidate will possess an engineering degree and considerable experience in product assurance or quality assurance within the space domain.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Product Assurance/Quality Assurance.
• Experience with ISO 9001 standards.
• Working knowledge of ESA ECSS development standards.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve quality management systems based on ISO 9001:2015.
• Ensure products meet and exceed customer quality expectations.
• Audit quality processes and collaborate with customers.

PA / QA Engineer

Role & Responsibilities

We are looking for a PA / QA Engineer to join our growing business in Noordwijk in The Netherlands.

You will join our existing team of talented individuals providing high-tech solutions to the international space community to support satellite development, assembly integration and test alongside post launch and operational services.

In this exciting and challenging role, you will be responsible for maintaining and continually improving our quality management system which is based on ISO 9001:2015 (certified).

At a project level you will be responsible for ensuring that our products and services not only meet but also exceed our customer expectations in terms of quality and specific product assurance requirements.

Skills, Knowledge & Experience

• An engineering degree (preferable) with 4+ years of experience in Product Assurance / Quality Assurance
• Experience in working with quality standards such as ISO 9001
• Experience within the space domain with a working knowledge of ESA ECSS development and quality standards
• Knowledge of ground and/or flight product applications would be an advantage
• Strong communication, collaboration and engagement skills
• Experience in interacting with customers, sub-contractors and suppliers
• Experience in configuration management (documentation, hardware, software, etc)
• Experience in auditing of quality processes
