You will design and deploy intelligent AI agents, RAG systems and multi‑agent solutions across the organisation, collaborating with senior stakeholders to translate problems into practical, production‑ready AI.

You will explore the newest LLMs and tools, prototype bold ideas, and partner with business units to automate workflows and improve accuracy.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience building and deploying LLM applications, AI agents or automation solutions.
• Strong knowledge of prompt engineering, RAG, agentic workflows and LLM orchestration.
• Sharp understanding of LLM limitations.
• A track record of spotting business processes ripe for AI and automation.

Responsibilities

• AI Architecture & Engineering: Design, build and deploy production‑grade AI agents, RAG systems and multi‑agent solutions for complex enterprise use cases.
• AI Experimentation & Innovation: Rapidly prototype bold ideas using the latest LLMs and architectures to move the needle.
• Workflow Automation: Map processes with business units and build AI‑powered solutions to reduce manual work and improve accuracy.
• Evaluation, Governance & Monitoring: Build safety, audit and monitoring frameworks for reliable, production‑ready AI.
• Business Transformation: Partner with senior stakeholders to identify high‑value AI opportunities and drive adoption across the business.
• Continuous Improvement & Enablement: Analyze performance and build reusable AI frameworks and playbooks.
