Audley Travel is seeking three Product Administrator opportunities (two 12-month fixed-term contracts and one permanent role) to support the sales process and maintain product information. You will coordinate fam trips, manage supplier relationships, and oversee administrative processes across the department, including destination data and contracts.
The role offers hybrid working with UK office and remote arrangements.

As a Product Administrator you will support the sales process by assisting with the co-ordination of sales teams familiarisation trips and by assisting with the maintenance of product information, allowing our sales team to effectively sell trips. Additionally,you’ll manage and take responsibility for administrative processes across the department that includes the maintenance of destination information, supplier and contractual support.

You will have previous experience working within the travel industry, you are a clear and effective communicator, confident in engaging with and managing relationships with internal stakeholders.
